As you are aware, DGFT has launched a common e-RCMC module for all EPCs. Vide DGFT Trade Notice No. 35/2021-22 dated 24.2.2022 (copy attached). It has been made mandatory for exporters to file RCMC applications through this common digital RCMC portal.
2. As per the circular, members were able to pay the membership fee through the payment gateway using Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card / UPI provided on the portal. There was no facility to pay in advance and later mention the payment details while submitting the application.
3. We are happy to inform you that this facility has now been incorporated in the common e-RCMC portal of DGFT.
4. Other provisions remain the same.
5. Members are requested to apply for membership for FY 2026-27 using the new common e_RCMC portal of DGFT only.
Please send the following documents as mentioned below :
1. A self certified copy of the IEC No. issued by the Licensing Authority concerned.
2.GST & PAN Details
3.MSME or Udyom Aadhaar.
4.Please provide a copy of the FSSAI Licence.
5.Payment to be made vide DGFT e-RCMC site.
Entrance Fee = Rs. 20,000/- + Rs.3,600/- ( @ 18% GST on Entrance Fee ) And
Annual Fee = Rs 10,000/- for entrepreneurs for export turnover above Rs 50 lakhs alongwith GST @ 18% on that Rs. 10,000/-
OR
Annual Fee = Rs 5,000/- for entrepreneurs for export turnover (FOB value of exports) upto Rs 50 lakhs Along with GST @ 18% on that Rs. 5,000/-.
( Pls. note that those who will be paying Rs 5000/-, ).
